OMOCAT accepts returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and final sale items may not be eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of hair, scents, or visible wear.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse facility.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 7-10 business days.
