How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be extended.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain limited-edition items may be final sale.
How should I care for my OMOCAT apparel?
To preserve the quality of the prints and fabric, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water and hanging them to air dry.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make any changes.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by their local government. These fees are not included in our shipping rates.
